Member Information – The Clark County 4-H Program is open to youth in Kindergarten through the 12th grade.  4-H enrollment opens October 1st. It is best to get enrolled as soon as possible so that youth can begin receiving the 4-H Newsletters with timely information. Regular 4-H is for youth in grades 3-12 (as of January 1st); Mini 4-H is for youth in grades K-2 (as of January 1st).  To learn more about joining the Clark County 4-H program, click on the information below.
